Agent called me when he arrived I told him do not spray I was going to Cancel service he went ahead and continue to spray anyway. I need a call ASAP.

My wife had problem with bites from not sure flees or ticks or whatever. I called yesterday afternoon, scheduled for today from 12 to 04. Jason Cockerham showed up about 12:30 that is much sooner then I expected. Jason is a well communicator, he took time to explain and walk through evaluation to find the problems. Jason reported to office and scheduled returning on Tuesday at 1:pm to spray my carpet, he also tell me in advance what to do for getting ready for treatment. I give Jason a 5-star for his well communication and service provided.

Did an excellent job of the exterior and garage entry. Interior was not needed as we have not had a bug in the house since we have been using Aptive. Tech was very helpful and pleasant to my wife. Great job.

Harold did a great job today. He took time to speak with me and helped when I said I needed to switch my credit card for payment, it was done right away. I appreciate the pictures Aptive takes during service so I can see what was done.

Jacob was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and informed us of what he would be doing and did a great job at what our needs were and what pest we we concerned about. If possible would love for Jacob to be our tech every time.
