i did not make an appointment, this company comes in without previous arrangements with me , i have already discuss this multiple times to the person that answers your phone and said that i will not allow service if im not aware since i liked to have inside and outside service. My mother , my husband and myself WERE ALL IN THE HOUSE and nobody knock on the door . i need to speak to someone with word that will assure me that the service is the way i requested since day one .

Super job and has great friendly personality. Sprayed both the inside and outside of house ad gave us several ideas and suggestions to control bugs better.

Not happy!! He only sprayed the front of my house never bothered to come in and spray the inside of my house as I requested .. very dissatisfied!!!

Tony was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain what he would do and the areas he treated. He asked if there were additional areas of concern and took care of them. He also was very accommodating and patient when dealing with my elderly mother and our pets.

Chris Hooks provided my service today. He was pleasant, professional, and respectful of my home. I did not require an indoor treatment, but he had to come inside to access my deck. It had rained, so he put booties on his shoes to come indoors. When leaving he requested to leave via the garage as his booties and shoes were wet from the rain. He did not want to track water onto my white carpet. I so appreciated his thoughtfulness. He appeared to have done a thorough job. My only requests for Aptive would be an advance time frame scheduled for when to expect the service tech, and the ability to have the statements in PDF form for printing.
