I would give one star if I could. It looked like technician was very tired and didn't want to work. He was standing by his car for awhile and looked like he was on his phone. I asked him to check mouse straps in my garage and thought he would let me know what he did or what he find after he finished. He never did. Dod he ever looked at this straps?? It looks like he never touched it. This morning I find my screen door ruined. It looks like mouse or something bigger was in my garage.

Disappointed The technician show up without the 30 mins call ahead, so he couldn’t do the upper level because a lot of toys weren’t at the storage container.

I asked your technician to spray the backyard since we are having an ant problem. However your technician stated that he already did spray the backyard. I told him that although he says he did, there is no evidence to show he indeed sprayed the backyard. I asked him to please spray again but he refused. I keep having issues with the technicians you send, do not spray everything and when I ask them to spray specific places, they keep dismissing my requests. In addition I keep having a bug problem which I didn't have when I worked with my previous post control. This is not the service I was promised by you. Very disappointing!

Your technician did a great job inside and out as I requested. However, I don't know if your treatment actually works. I will wait and see if the results are better than last time. No complaints about the technician. He was very informative about what he does and the type of spiders that are around.
