I don't think your program is working for me. I have noticed no decrease in my spider population (in fact, I have noticed more). My wife has commented that she believes I have done a better job at bug control and at a fraction of the cost. We will be canceling your services as soon as our contract is up. It was an expensive lesson to find out if you want something done really well, you do it yourself.

This is this Technicians 2nd trip to my home and it is still incomplete. We asked not to have him back and were told by 3 different people in office that he would not be the Technician and yet you sent him back. He overstayed the interior that he did spray. And then he hit his head in basement and went to truck. Then he returned and set nice traps. Did not finish spraying in basement and when asked said they would have to come back at another time. We have set this house up twice for this to be done and still incomplete. So one better return a call to me tomorrow 9/25. This is unacceptable.

Devin Elliott is a very conscious technician. He has always held himself in a professional manner. He has done a fine application of the pesticides and removal of the spider webs around the house. He is the only technician I want to service my property. He is a great tribute to Aptive Pest Control.

Service person contacted me when he was 20 mins out. I was able to tell him about ants and he assured me that he would take extra care to address the different areas where I described the problems. He was very polite and personable.
