Jason was very helpful and knew his trade extremely well. Did a complete sweep of the exterior house, as well as indoor areas like the kitchen and the Mancave. Loved his "Bob the ant" depiction. Still chuckling over that one.
Kyle. The wrong bushes/trees were treated for the yellow jackets.
Was hoping you would use something like delta dust as well. The yellow jackets were bubbling up around rhododendrons by the garage and 2 spruce trees by patio in back.
He is great guy, very polite, definitely accomplished what I told him to do. Would certainly recommend him to other clients. Good job!!
Duran Hill was exceptional in his job today. He had to carry his tools of the trade a block away from my house. My street is closed today for repairs. He could have rescheduled the visit but he went the distance; literally. Give this man his bonus and a raise.

Christopher was very thorough in completing his work at our house this morning. He performed a sweep of the facia and under areas around the house as well as the rain gutters, etc. I don’t recall this being done on previous visits by other Aptive technicians. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered when it comes to controlling insects around a house.
Very satisfied with his work!

Although our tech may have completed the service and met the objective of his visit he certainly did not meet expectations by leaving mud throughout our entire house. He didn’t realize it until he went up two stories and our masterbedroom and co weed the carpet with mud. He then said he did not have shoe covers but quickly went to his truck only to find some. My discussion with aService Manager shortly there after wasn’t much better. He proceeded to tell me that we should make the initial attempt to clean the carpet and IF we could not get the stains out Aptive would then pay to have them cleaned.
