I had arranged a technician to also treat inside the property. I received a VM as well as text message with a 30min warning of his arrival. However, he never knocked or random the door bell once he arrived, to treat inside. I was informed he was on his way , but never informed once he arrived to be let in to treat insides We were home and expecting his arrival. This is the second time this has happened. I don’t want to change extermination companies but This continuing incomplete service may leave me with no other choice .
