I found out Carlos broke my 10 year old plant on a square terra-cotta planter that he hid behind the house. I don’t mind replacing it but at least let the homeowner know immediately .

I give no stars - I canceled this service on the phone over a month ago so you shouldn’t have been on my property OR charged me for a service. Also, you charged for a complete service and on three occasions you never completed it. Your rating is zero in my book and if you fail to cancel my service I’m making a report to the better business bureau followed by a phone call to my attorney - stop coming and stop charging for a serivce that does NOT work!! Same spider still lives under the awning of my porch - clearly not bothered by your treatments!! Stop, Stop and stop all services and charges!!!!!!!!!!!
