Neal Monaghan who has been our service tech. since we signed up of Aptive has always been prompt courteous and thorough. I can’t find our service center to add his name to the WOW list to get him his $5 bonus but he definitely deserves it.

Johnathon did an outstanding job. He called me to say he would be arriving in 30 to 40 minutes and was there on time, checked with me to see if I was having an problems, and then went to work. Handled the operation very professionally and contacted me again when he was done. Great job.
