Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about pest control. Told us exactly what he was doing and how it would rid the pests. Very thorough! Excellent communication skills as well.
This person came and sprayed a little inside the house, and I requested him to do it outside as well, and he just left after doing it inside, without saying anything to me at all. I have lots of insects in my backyard, so I really needed that service, but he never did it. 0/5 stars
Technician was very polite and attentive to our concerns. He treated the entire basement as requested and appeared to do a complete and thorough job around the entire house. Particularly pleased that he took the time to sweep the areas around doors and windows for spider webs.
I wasn’t home but he efficiently sprayed around the whole house. Thank you!
Andrew Jones came out yesterday to check and clean traps. He was very rude to my wife who asked him a couple questions about the traps being cleaned. We have 2 black traps that are set up by you guys originally and we also have 2 traps the first technician used of my own that are small and not as good. She asked if we could get the black ones that are secured to the ground because the ones we currently have, have been found far from the house, possibly coyotes/fox’s trying to get captured mice many times. He told her rudely he doesn’t do that, and they use the same ones we have which is false, because you guys put 2 nice black traps back there initially. Very rude and condescending... Read More
