we have ants even after your technician sprayed the area. I had mentioned to the technician that we have ants crawling into the water spout in the back of the home. He sprayed but we still have ants. Please advise.

I had huge spiders with their web on deck. I also have seen mice running in and out of the shed. No bait was left in the traps.

Matt did a thorough job. I was impressed that he did the perimeter of the back yard. All of the cobwebs under the eaves were removed. Like all of the technicians, he was extremely polite and professional. I appreciate the service I receive from Aptive.

Ray was both punctual and thorough in his evaluation of my needs here in n Huntingtin Beach! He listened and even heard what I had to say! When he had completed the pest control evaluation, he invited me to come out to see where the rodents were traveling around my backyard and how they were populating! What a brilliant young man! I hope he soon owns the company, as I might then consider staying with you! Everyone else has just waved their magic wand around the yard and told me it was ALL they were authorized to do! 🤦‍♀️ Thank you for sending a pest control specialist who is really a specialist! 👍

The Aptive Technician was efficient and informative. He was able to service my home at an earlier time than anticipated and he did an excellent job and was sensitive in regard to what kind of service was needed inside the house.
