Sean Cassidy did our treatment. Was very friendly and addressed the issue inside our home promptly and quickly. I also appreciated the fact that he put on "booties" when walking through the house.

Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. I had a very late night and did not answer the doorbell. Jonathan went about his business. When I finally rolled out of bed, Jonathan graciously explained all that had been done, asked about any traps and asked what more I would like done. We discussed the scorpions and the inside of the garage. Excellent job Jonathan. Note for my file: I would behind the storage house in the backyard thorough treated. I will then the area cleaned.

I know I can be a “pain” customer but as I had stated in the BBB Review, Chris S. Was super courteous and addressed all of my needs. I feel bad because I know that Chris will soon be promoted for training or some other management position. He is truly an asset to your company! Take full advantage of his potential!
