I was at home all day Saturday. I never heard my tech knock on the door or ring the bell. My dogs would have heard that and started barking. Which they didn't. By 4:00 when no one showed up I opened my front door and found the door hanger was there stating he had done the outside. What about the inside. Isn't that part of my contract. I'm very disappointed in your service. This is the second time this has happened. I'll have a hard time renewing my contract when it comes due.

The gentleman who serviced us was very polite and asked us about any pest problems we might be having. We had been having a mouse a day but they had come out for that and....no more mice. He cleaned the webs from the high points of the front porch and just did an all around good job

I was extremely satisfied with the technician and the service he provided. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He patiently answered every question I asked and didn't laugh at any of them. I haven't caught a mouse since the day he was here . I can't remember his name but I will remember him for a long, long time. He is definitely a credit to your company.

Today was my first treatment with Aptive. While I am not happy that I have mice in my house, I must say my technician, Shaun was so polite and patient with me. He answered all my questions and explained everything that he treated for. Big plus for arriving on time also. 😀
