Good home today and wondered why the pool frame legs were bent and a solar light that was in a plant pot was turned over with rocks spread out on the patio?? Then I saw the green Aptive receipt stuck in the front door...aha!!! Plus I never get told when they are coming so I was not home to have the inside done... glad my contract is over. I also doubt the quality of the pesticide... seems weaker than my last company.

This was absolutely the BEST service visit and technician I have ever had!! HE EVEN DID THE EAVES!!! You are always so kind and responsive. Truly great attention to detail. Aptive has been so great I have never had to spray inside the house, only the occasional scorpion in the dryer...YIKES. You are the epitome of exceptional customer service!!! Please...hug my technician!!!

Good afternoon, I wasn't here when the tech came for my service today. I called on Tuesday and asked to come between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, because I wasn't going to be here earlier. When I came home around 11:30 am, the service was already done and of course the tech didn't have access to my backyard. So the service was not completely done. I am not sure what happened but the tech came before 10:30 am. I called the office and told them that on Tuesday I called to be sure the service should be done anytime after 1:00 pm. The office lady was very helpful and she was going to be sure to re schedule the service of today again. Thank you, Magaly
