I needed you guys to come back to do a respray and Ms. Porter came to my house to do just that. I want to praise her professionalism when doing her job and answering my questions. I went over my concerns with her and she addressed each one. I appreciate all that she did, all with professionalism she carries with her. Nikeisha Porter is a asset to your company. Even though I received at text to expect service today, I had made up my mind that I’d be OK if no one showed up. He arrived, explained I’m seeing wasps and am extremely allergic to them. He said that this the time of year they are nest build, explained the best times to be out doing yard work to avoid them and reminded me to call in a couple of weeks if I’m still seeing them and someone would come out and take care of it. Again the best service I’ve ever had and will continue to welcome your visits that really make a difference in my activities

There are wasp nests without being removed and this has been the norm in the last visits. I'm planning to change of company.

Dane was great and very patient, helpful and informative. I was disappointed that he was 5 hours later than I was originally told he would be here. When I scheduled the service I was told he would be here at 8:30am. He arrived at 1:30. When he was not here by 9:00 I called and was told he was scheduled for 12:00 or 12:30. I dont think it was his fault but had something to do with who ever schedules the appointments. The problem was I had to change an appointment I had scheduled for the afternoon because I was told he would be here at 8:30am. Other than that I have no complaints or concerns. So far the service seems to have done what it was meant to do!

You charged my credit card 5x for a single service. Now I'm having to take time out of my day to call multiple times to get the refund. The service should be free of charge due to the inconvenience this has caused me.
