Tyree was here following a phone call even before the scheduled time; he was professional about what he was going to do, and knowledgeable about its impact on my problem w/ centipedes. He was also extremely personable and made me feel like a valued Aptive customer. If Tyree were the only Aptive technician I ever see, that would be fine with me.

As with all your technicians, our technician today seemed nice enough, although honestly we only exchanged very few words as he came to the door. The service lasted about 10 minutes as he dusted cobwebs (although I'm not sure how many grew during the winter months since December) and I think he dusted a very few cracks somewhere. Having completed my 5 service calls with Aptive I am only mildly satisfied with the value I received from the company. To insist on service calls during the winter is a waste of my money. To spend $100 in December and mid-March when there are no bugs around does not make me want to continue with the company, and I probably will not. We've had another extermin...Read More
