Technician was very professional, let me know that she was on the premises and prepared to do her job. She was very deliberate about making sure she covered the entire premises, even asking for help wuth a difficult gate latch. This ensured she was able to do her job completely and efficiently.

Jeremiah was applying the sprays as I was leaving for a bike ride. I had the garage door up to get my bike out on the street. As he sprayed the other garage door near the ground, I asked him if he wanted me to temporarily close the garage door that was open. His response: "It really doesn't matter to me". I think this is very odd. Wouldn't the complete job include application to each garage door in the same way. He is the one spraying toxic chemicals around my house. If his methods or interest in accuracy and detail is not on his mind then maybe he shouldn't be the one spraying these chemicals around my house, my dog and my family.

Erin did a great job. He called ahead, geared up in PPE’s and did the treatment quickly and completely. Great service as always. It’s so nice not to be bothered by ants anymore.
