Technician was very thorough and sprayed all of the areas of concern. He kept a safe distance and work effectively.

How is service done when it’s raining? Yesterday 4/9 it was raining all day. Does this need to be repeated.? Also, are we supposed to receive reminder texts that tech is coming? Thank you!

In the past, Aptive pest control specialist have taken their time and made sure everything was covered outside. They had put granules down and sprayed around the house. This time, for $92, I got a 10-minute (at most) spray around the house, and then the specialist left. Didn't look for webs around the window or didn't knock down the wasp nest, or put down granules. Just a quick spray. And the spray wasn't even around the entire outside of the house. The specialist was very nice and professional, but the quality was not there. I will be researching other pest services.

It was very nice to meet the technician. We were at a distance because of Covid. I showed him areas of concern. He was very polite and professional. Thank you for such a great job

He was not good. He did not do a thorough job. He did not get the playground area where we have had several wasp nest and a child was stung. When I called him to ask him about the job he did and how quick he finished he got very defensive instead of offering to come back.
