Evan Fagerty did my service today and did a good job. He reloaded the bait trap for our rodent control station and his service notes say "Do Not Tamper With Rodent Bait Stations". I would like to let you know that we live in a very high wind area in Stark County Canton and even though the bait station is anchored into the ground with a metal stake, it does become dislodged occasionally. This could be from lawn mowing services and/or dogs that come by to sniff it and paw at it. One morning I came outside and found my bait station had blown into the neighbors front yard so I walked over and got it back. Erik did not check the rat bait stations per my request. They are empty. Tree rats are our primary problem. I called and spoke with Pam who assured me someone will contact me within 48 hours. I look forward to solving this problem.
