FYI, Your tech, Richard Cortes was at our home today, 4/17. Very professional and thorough. Great job. Took the time to call as well as face to face (at about 20 yards!) to advise to keep dogs in for at least 2 hours.

Tech was ok, but nobody told me no service was going to be done inside because Covid-19 which it’s ok, now it’s my last service on the contract and I don’t want to be charge for you guys come and do my inside house and put more atractan on my rats traps

I asked for the outside treatment only.. the technician sparay a bottling in the front for the house .. he did not do the back or seek the gutters like normal. I have cameras in the front and back of my house and was shocked when he drove away.

Nickel and diming me... They not only start charging you early, where quarterly service charges end up being bi-monthly, blaming the "system" - they also start charging you for 'bait boxes' for rodents, something that apparently isn't included in my membership. Keep in mind, I've been a member for nearly 2 years now... The technician was rude and raised his voice when stating rodents aren't included in service, hence the extra charge. I stay with them because it's easy, but if another pest control company came by, I wouldn't have an issue dropping Aptive.
