Never went in the backyard. I don't understand why I have to follow up each time I receive a service. I pay good money for this service and I'm losing interest in it. Last time I received service I had to request a second visit to fixed what they missed. Once my contact is up I plan on looking elsewhere for my pest control needs.

Even with the COVID-19 virus ongoing, Brendon came and completed my interior application as requested. He ensured the safety of both himself and myself by ensuring we both followed COVID-19 precautions. We both wore masks & gloves and ensured maximum distances were maintained. He was professional and polite as well.

Justin was amazing. He really did an outstanding job and let us know when he arrived and when he left (made it easier on us as we have a dog).
