Usually been very happy with service but not today. He was a little abrupt w the cord as it hit my patio furniture and spent very little time spraying. Hopefully it did the job because I have small children and been seeing scorpions this week. From what I saw not much was sprayed on the yard.
Poor service-service technician did what he wanted to do and called the call as complete .i asked for the lanai to be done it was not and entered the service as complete.He did not go to the sides or back of the house .He asked irrelevant questions about how long have I lived at my house and that I had too many plants -the very reason I signed up for preventative treatment-i live in Davie bugs and insects are a given
Very professional and great service! He is very conscientious and respectful of eatable plants and trees in my yard. He remembers not to spray them. He is appreciated. 🌹
I was told the treatment guy would call 30 minutes prior to arriving yet he did not. His name is Louis. He just got done today, but not before I had to go behind him to check that all wasp nests were removed. They were not. He crushed them then on the ground and left it there. I was told early on by one other professional on their team that they are to carry them away with them. Then upon our conversation realized I had to show him ant beds he admittedly said he missed. Really!? I have to supervise you to do YOUR JOB correctly??!! And reminded him we pay too much money not to have the work done professionally as advertised when they sold us a contract!!. He did a thorough job around the house, professional, he couldn't come inside the house to spray due to Covid.
Jonathan Abbott was so professional and checked all the places in and around my yard that I was concerned about without question. He went above and beyond his job in my opinion, I was very pleased with his service.
Very on time and fast service and excellent manners done very professional.
Jeremy was very polite and helpful. I asked him about getting the yard treated for fleas and he said there was no charge. After he treated the house he did the front and back yard. Thank you for your excellent service.
