I specifically told you when greated this morning, to please make sure you closed the gates behind you when finished. You assured me that you would, and then you did not and my dogs got out. While this is the first time, to my knowledge; this specific technician serviced my home, this is not the first time the gate has been left open. In my opinion, closing a gate behind you should be as common place to your technicians as actually doing the job they've been hired to perform, since I'm guessing that getting into other clients yards is also a necessity. Technician didnt even go to the backyard. I did ask him after he rang the doorbell. He only sprayed in the front. Didnt even go to the side of the house as well. Do i always have to watch these guys just for them to do their job properly?

Jeffrey Ehlers did the initial application work at our home. They showed up on time, got the work done in a timely manner. I asked if they would spray another part of our yard and he responded right away and did it. He was friendly and professional. Tim D.

Your technician was done in 10 to 12 minutes and every bug in Texas went from outside to inside. I am really disappointed at this point. I have pictures of the insects except for a big spider that managed to escape.
