Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Great service, very friendly and with a positive attitude. the technician explain everything he did and the next steps coming.
Marcos was polite and was willing to deal with my son who had to tell him where all the spider webs were.
Tom Lauderdale was prompt, insightful, and did a great job. He thoroughly looked over the areas that needed treatment and proceeded to do the work. He was also willing to answer any questions.
Taylor was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. And, explained all the pests/insects he would be treating and what he was using to treat.
Super impressed with Aptive! There was quite a number of ants and other insects in my backyard, but Aptive rep Reagan put my mind at ease. She even added flea and tick control for my dog for free. I like that they are an environmentally conscious company that provides quality products at an affordable price.. Just one day after I signed up they sent technician Jeff Brooks to my house. He was very professional and made the whole process easy and quick. Highly recommend them for pest control!

I have never signed up for a pest control company before as I have done everything myself, so I was very leery and skeptical when the sales rep knocked on the door, so when Grayson came out I was put at ease immediately when Grayson explained everything and even took the time to listen to my wasp and ant issues. Grayson even had me direct him where the issues were and he took care of the wasps (there we several) nests immediately. His thorough attention to detail and knowledge of the issues was impressive. I do hope Grayson can continue to service my home going forward as this will be one of the reason I will continue service next year.
