I give this person a rating of 0, 1 if you have to have a star. This was horrible customer service. I requested that the technician call first due to needing to go to work. I did not get a call. I requested inside service treatment for ants and it was ignored. Then I was told another request has to be placed for the service they failed to complete. Then corporate is asking me the same questions on which areas in the house, when I had previously answered this question before the service was to be completed. Also, it is communicated that some technicians are not going in the house due to COVID. This should have been stated when I requested the service. I attempted to rate th...Read More
