Ambria was very friendly and polite. Advised us on exactly what she will be doing and how long it will take. When completed she informed us and made sure we didn't have any questions. We just moved into area, she gave us some information on the type of bugs that are a problem in our area. We were very pleased with her and look forward to seeing her again.
