Spider webs were still seen under lights near corners and doors. Did extremely fast and poor job. Total time was under 30 min. I don’t think he sprayed the entire house. Afterwards he sprayed the ditch until his canister was empty. I would like for someone different to come out and complete the job that I paid for!
Melissa did a great job in treating all the areas in and outside of our home and explaining everything along the way. She was exceptional and certainly an employee I would want on my team!

Going forward, please contact me 24 hours prior to application to let me know exactly what time the technician will arrive- we have a 4 month old puppy that is outside in the fenced yard most of the day so we need to know when to keep him inside.

Shawn represented the company in a highly profession manner during the entire service. He was very knowledgable and personal in his approach to the requirements of what we specifically needed. Very polite and respectful and was fast and efficient. We love that all the cobwebs we can never reach are gone. Really glad the bugs and slugs will no longer be eating our plants.
We have been struggling with ants lately and Aptive has been out several times. I was about at wits end once we found them in our daughter’s bedroom. Naturally, this happened right before a holiday weekend, but a sweet lady on the phone validated my concerns and promised a technician would be out as soon as possible. The following week we were so blessed to have Danny Gonzalez come to our home. His kind, compassionate, and professional demeanor was exactly what we needed in that moment.
