This place is spider central and Lance did a great job...…..I would like him to be my regular guy if at all possible.
Omar Gonzales made no attempt to come and do the inside of my house even though it was noted in his notes from when I called when the appointment had initially been set up. Furthermore when I called the local branch about being charged and not seeing someone I was met with an unprofessional person claiming to be a manger named Ryan Reid. I have been with Aptive a few years and felt they have done a very good job but this may not work out for me. Ryan was disrespectful and was talking over me while on the call. I’m very upset this is the second time you guys said you did something and this place has not been touched I am reporting to BBB if you don’t correct this
The gentleman Triston and D'Artagnan were very helpful in explaining what they would do and very polite. They were quick and efficient. They also knocked to let me know when they were done. I also requested they spray between the base boards of my deck and pergola and they assisted with that as well upon my request.
I had a great experience today, my technician was Super nice and very polite and he answered several questions I had for him.
