Brett Dvrak was the tech who grained and sprayed our home today. He went above and beyond by spraying inside even though the weather conditions weren’t great. Our home really needs the help and I greatly appreciate Brett coming out. He also called ahead to let me know he’d be early which was great. Very customer friendly.

Roy was very professional and helpful. Excellent job! The one question I had was that he found a hole in the exterior that a mouse could get through. The gentleman that sold me on the service explained that you guys would address/fill any holes that are found. Would it be possible to remedy this hole? Please let me know thanks!

Was told that the cobwebs would be removed. That did not happen. Was asked if I would like for him to come inside the house and treat. I agreed to this but that did not happen. Was told that he would ask me where the ants are most prevalent. That did not happen.

We were happy with the service except for one thing. He knocked down hornets nests and left them there in our driveway. We would have liked them disposed of.
