Antonio Fowler was our application tech today! He had just finished servicing our neighbor's home and, even though we weren't on his schedule for another few hours, came by to see if we were available for him to service our home early, which was really great! I had hoped to get an earlier slot when I initially signed up, but 4:30-6:30 was the earliest available at the time. I told the representative who signed us up (Kaden Ward, who is also great) that someone would be home all day today and to let the application tech know they could come by earlier if they were available to. He was nice but I was very specific about closing the gates to the backyard because of our dogs.
He left both gates wide open. We were lucky the dogs did not escape and were put into danger.
We are not happy.
He did a great job. Very conscientious and easy to talk with. He explained the process very well.
Our technician, Michael Jones, has done a wonderful job treating our property and addressing our concerns! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful! I would highly recommend this technician and this company!

Shannon (Thompson) and his teammate did a very good job. They were thorough and very detailed with the treatment of our home. There were things that Shannon and his teammate did that we never saw our technician from Arrow do. So far, we are very pleased with Aptive.
Always appreciate the extra cleaning of the “high up” spider webs, etc and Thanks for locking our back gate after treatment to back yard. Great job Lance!
Our service tech. was very helpful and friendly. He was professional and did a good job.
Your rating defaults to a 5 and doesn't let me change. I think the back fence line was missed and the shed area treatment for mice. Also Rose's were to be treated which usually is dust and saw no sign of that. Could be different treatment???
