The technicians were NOT wearing masks and did NOT practice social distancing. They were cordial but not super informative. I had to ask to have certain things done that the initial sales person said were a given and it wasn't very clear how thorough they were being until I followed them around. They sat for several minutes in the driveway with no statement of being done, goodbye, or what to do next, until I went out to ask and they said yes they were done....nothing....the wasps nests were left on the ground from where they had been removed from the dwelling and not sure if I am supposed to touch them throw them away or what? The guy, never went into master bedroom or bath, none of the upstairs bedrooms. I was sitting in the living room he never came in here to spray. I'm not even sure he had the time to spray outside as I was sold. Either come back and have someone do it correctly or cancel my service please.

**I find it interesting that Nathan claims he serviced our home and even entered the type of "products used" as well as "technician notes" when our home was NEVER serviced AND we got charged. We have cameras all over the home and he never came to our home. We feel completely violated and taken advantage of. We are unable to recommend Aptive to any of our neighbors because of our bad experience.
