I signed up with Aptive just this week, so Monday, June 22. I almost cancelled as they repeatedly got my appointment time wrong and I thought oh boy, is this the way it's going to be for the rest of the year?! Well, Tyree's customer service was awesome and he more than made up for the issues with scheduling! Very knowledgeable about his work, focused on getting the job done, and doing it right and well. He spoke with me about everything he was going to do before starting the first task. He explained things well and was able to answer each question politely, with no frustration. I was a Terminix customer for six years. I was pissed of that they didn't give me a close date to treat ants around and inside my house.Someone from Aptive shows up on my door and promise a great experience. My first treatment was June 11, 2020. Technician told me that it will take 4 days and I shouldn't see ants anymore. Today June 25, 2020 I see ants inside my home and a mass of ants in front my house door around the garage entrance. I gave Aptive so many call and had no response and when I succeeded to talk to someone, he simply put me on hold and never got back with me.
