Technician was very nice and answered some questions i had. He was very friendly and professional. He also abided by the sicial distance guidelunes. Technical comments on this "survey": 1) I tried to access the url under his face/name (http://.goaptive.com/,wow), but it failed and gave an error message. 2) In addition, I feel you need to evaluate voting with the star option...it is NOT easy to choose a different star once something is tagged. I do like your service!

I want to recommend a $5 bonus for your technician James who came to our home on 3/1. He was a very courteous individual. Knocked on our door to introduce himself, He self-distanced at 12 feet to talk to me in cold, windy weather conditions. After completing the job, he rang the doorbell to let me know what he found and what he did to correct it. Always had a smile on his face and was very courteous. The file you sent to recommend a $5 bonus would not work on my computer. Please thank him for us. Janice Calame,
