Robert was awesome! Very nice and thorough! He asked about any concerns and then addressed them immediately!! Professional as always!!
My service representative was outstanding. He was attentive and provided great all around service. He provided specific details of the work performed and noted the insects that he encountered. I am very pleased with the service provided and highly recommend Aptive for pest control.
Jared was professional, very considerate of staying 6 ft away and very helpful with all my questions.
I’m voting 2.5 stars right now because I think the employees at aptive are great. Great face to face energy. Nice people. but. I’m positive that the product has not worked at all. I still have ants. The same number as before. I have a lot of beetles infesting my yard. I’m talking chunks of 25-40 beetles all on top of each other on different plants. Am I just paying for ant treatment that doesn’t work I thought there was more to the package I purchased? I would like my money back.

He is very polite but I don't feel he did a good enough job. He was here maybe 15 minutes. There were a lot of cobwebs everywhere after he left and I truly doubt that the spraying he did will make much of a difference.
I've already requested by email to cancel any further services and to be removed from your email list.
I will not rate even 1 star. I see no evidence of flea/tick control granular in the yard at all. I watched from in my office. The only thing I observed was knock down under eve of house and spray around edge of house. The gazebo is still full of spider webs and eggs. I also saw a small container of granular that the tech closed and put back into his truck. I have a large lot and expected to see the use of a drop spreader to cover the entire yard. No one answered when I called yesterday and after several minutes went to voicemail and had to leave a message. Please cancel my service. I will use my lawn care for future treatments.
Shawn did a complete job on the outside of my home and when I complained about centipedes/spiders on the inside, sprayed inside. Also provided me with two glue boards to capture more.
Brandon Spelman was absolutely awesome! Courteous, kind, professional and helpful! Very appreciative that he came out to work on our house.
Very thorough job spraying our patio and pool area. He got around everything.
