Ike was great! Friendly, kind and definitely makes me like your service. I'm not sure if the deck should have been done but the railing close to my house has a wasp nest and cobwebs. I can send pictures. What about mice? Was that treated? I just found one in my house and another partially dead outside.

Tim did and excellent and rapid job. He is attentive and engaging and wants to satisfy your needs. He seeks to understand your problems and gets quickly to the solution. He is efficient and thorough. (in spite of a skunk in my window well) I enjoyed working with him and would really like him to come to my house every time. I have signed up for another year. If possible please assign him to my account. I tried to answer the form for evaluation so he could get the $5 reward but the website did not work. Pedro was very professional . He took time to listen to all of my concerns and even cleaned up 3 wasp nests that the initial technician missed. He really showed he took his job serious and cared about what he was doing and not just trying to get in and out like the first guy.

Very rude disrespectful as soon as he got to my house , I was told the inside would be treated as well as soon as I informed him of that he argued with me before throwing a fit saying fine I'll do the inside. I told him I was supposed to have the garage done as well he then became upset and said garages make him clausriphobic....he flew threw the outside flinging spray around then refused to use the kid friendly pet friendly. Asked me a ton of questions like nobody here is pregnate right!? Got upset swung my house door open yelling call the office. So yo this day the job has not been completed. I'm disappointed and don't think I want to even attempt to continue business as no one has cor...Read More

The FIVE STARS is FOR THE TECHS GILLERMO AND MICA. They were professional and wore masks! *high five guys* BUT I give the sales rep a one star. While he was nice and clearly in sales, he wasn’t wearing a mask. In the county of MD where I’m in (and I think the whole state) unless you are out walking in a park you wear a mask. He’s going door to door talking to people coming over and speaking to us without a mask. Should something happen do we call the company and say “hey we got sick, your sales rep could be the one who exposed us” cause again, it’s a requirement we all wear masks. So.... yeah. Let’s think of others shall we :)
