Mr. Gipson was very professional and answered all of my questions which made the process very quick and easy !! Thank you !
I did not get a call before he arrived, which was requested. When I saw him in my backyard, I specifically asked him to treat the grass for fleas and ticks and to do the inside of the house because we had had pests. He did not do either!
just started my service the salesman explained everything the coverage would include,
on the first service they were supposed to take down all wasp nest, did not do this.
the special price for starting i paid when the sales man was here only to be billed for the same amount.
the first service was spotty at best, since they were here we have had more pests crawling around than I ever had doing it myself. I have emailed them questioning the billing with no response. Now I am waiting for a return service.
not a good way to start guys
Tech was on premises for maybe 10 minutes. This is a large property and a little more attention for our $140/mo would be appreciated rather than a cursory spray around the house.
Our tech clearly explained what he was going to be doing to treat my yard and protect my house from pests. He especially targeted ant colonies, wasp nests and ticks which were my major concerns. He let me know when he gad completed the job and filled me in on my next treatment. Everyone was so professional and exceptional from the sales team through the techs.
Andrew Hahn completed our quarterly service yesterday. Andrew went above and beyond our expectations and was very sensitive to our concerns. Andrew exhibited excellent customer service skills . We would love to have him do our next service!!!
Jennifer Oxley did a very good and thorough job. She was conscientious about getting anything that might be hanging onto the eaves, not to mention that she sprayed around the property efficiently.
I was not informed when someone would be here so I didn't see him come. Did you treat around my trees and my garden (the area I'm concerned the most with)?
There is a note on my account to call or text prior to coming. That did not occur, so only received a partial treatment. Technician should be treating ant hills in the yard but that did not occur
I wanted to say thank you to Jackson Henderson for the great job he did for me yesterday. Jackson was very polite, efficient and thorough in his service to the interior of my home. Jackson is a great representative for Aptive Pest Control .
