Watched him go through the whole yard spraying on a 96 degree day in long pants and long sleeves.He used the extension pole to get spider webs high up and was very receptive to problem areas I showed him. (Where I found the black widow)

The techs weren’t here for very long. I felt for the initial service they should have spent a lot more time because there are a lot of places on my house where spiders and wasps hide out. I just didn’t feel it was very thorough. They seemed rushed. I hope that the quarterly services will be more thorough. If not I will cancel.
