Daniel was professional and concluded our service appropriately. We appreciate his service.
Brandon was very thorough and did an excellent job in treating our home. He was very courteous and conscientious. I would be very happy to have him provide future services.
Very friendly and helpful! He introduced himself and we talked about our needs for pest control.
They didn't do what they said they would do. I asked the technician of he was going to treat the yard and sweep the eaves. He said yes but neither was done. I have security cameras so I know exactly what he did. Also, there are 2 dirt dabber nests by the back door that are still there (obviously since he didn't sweep the eaves). This is the same thing that happened on the last treatment. They apologized sent someone back out and said they would discount the next treatment $10. That was not done either. I shouldn't have to call back each time they come out because they didn't do what they were supposed to.

Within days of service, not only did I notice that my webs were not cleared, but the presence of a significantly larger amount have appeared. According to my roommate, treatment was not used on a multitude of surfaces where it was supposed to.
It is with the highest level of dissatisfaction that I request a different technician be sent out to actually complete the service I paid for.
After reporting a yellow jacket nest close to our house, we contacted Aptive and Steve came by early next morning and destroyed the nest for us.

There were no interior mouse traps placed. Only one exterior trap in the back
Michael Casteel, my technician, was terrific. He arrived during scheduled time frame, was professional yet friendly, and clearly explained everything prior to servicing my property. I'm very happy so far!
So far I am happy with the service. The employees are very professional and friendly. I haven’t seen any bugs either!
