This is the worst service tech. He came back on a reservice because when he was here last he didn't completely do his job. So he returned to do what he was initially suppose to do. He had the audacity to tell me the best time for ME to remove the wasp nests (a service I pay Aptive to do) was early in the morning or in the evening. Why do I need to remove them again? When I called Aptive customer service to schedule this appointment the representative was absolutely clueless...she said that half of the services I believed I had signed up for were not services provided by Aptive. I have 2 more scheduled contracted visits and I am done doing business with them! So disappointed.

Arrived first thing in morning. Was aware of email I had sent the previous evening. Had suggestions and immediately noticed a hornet's next above our porch, which we had never noticed. Excellent service

Sergio was very helpful and tried his best to locate the dead rat that we hoped was in the attic. Sergio noticed no odor and after searching let us know it was most likely in a unreachable area. He said Aptive does trap if we need that service in the future. Thank you!
