On time and very professional, I appreciate that he wore a mask during our interactions.
The technician was very helpful and efficient. He addressed my concerns and was very courteous.
He showed up on time within the announced time window.
Explained the agreement and did the job as described.
This was my first experience with Aptive Pest Control, I have no complaints. Both the salesperson and the pest control person were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. I don't have a huge bug problem and hope to keep it that way.

Dane conducted himself professionally from the time he introduced himself until the completion of the job . He addressed my concerns w confidence and stated the limitations of the service in as far as what pests are not covered .
Re the post service call .. Unfortunately I noted some portions of the yard outside of the areas treated where additional intensive treatment was needed.. there seems to be an ant colony in one of the plants . The wait time for a response was long > 36 hours ( infinity)
I called a scheduled an appointment a week ago received two reminder phone calls an email and a text all confirming my appointment. No call no show. I called the office and they informed me they changed the time. No one informed me. I was told I’d get a call 30 minutes before they were coming. Five minute lead time for call. Wasted my entire day off. We have not had a prior pest issue and now we do- this was not a good idea to switch companies.
Mitchell introduced himself and explained his plan for the treatment. He was pleasant and I am glad to have met him. His work was thorough (He did not miss a crack in any walkway or driveway. He covered every boarder of the foundation and some spot checking in the lawn/planting areas.
Thanks for the cleaning of the eves. That is a nice touch.

I can't really comment on Jonathan, because I didn't see him! But, that certainly is a big part of the problem.
When I first signed up and when your technician first came out in late May, I very specifically asked to be called a day in advance with an estimate or window as when you would arrive the next day. I also emphasized that the top half of the door frame around the front door must not be sprayed because there are birds nesting behind the top portion of the frame over the door.
