This was the worst experience I’ve EVERhad with any company. I’ve was waiting for 2days for someone to come to my home. NO ONE ever showed. Then when I finally spoke with a supervisor an she assured me someone would be out. She says it will be a 80 fee. The website says free inspection an the agent who booked appointment said it was free. This company is terrible

I just tried to schedule an appointment. I first called at 10am. I spoke with someone who didn't know much about the type of pests you cover but told me prices ($125 for evaluation, $250 for treatment) and took my information saying someone would call me "within the hour" to schedule a visit. I never heard back. At 1:30pm I called again and spoke with a man who initially told me he could schedule a FREE inspection and said he would transfer me to the scheduler. I waited on hold and was transferred to another woman who asked what was in my attic. I answered that I'm not sure how I could know that until someone looks up there.
