Allgood Pest Solutions offers three tiers of pest control programs to help consumers keep their home protected: Pest Free, Pest Free Plus, and Pest-Free Total. Each program provides year-round protection from a number of pests, including ants, fleas and bedbugs, rodents, centipedes, spiders, mosquitoes, and wildlife. The company also offers rodent removal services. Their list of termite treatment services includes the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System and Recruit HD termite bait program. These treatments can be bundled into a regular service plan for an additional $55 per month. This plan provides monitoring and control of this wood-destroying pest. Allgood also installs TAP Insulation. TAP is reported by the company to outperform other insulation products because it not only offers the traditional insulation benefits of reducing energy costs and noise, but also aids in the prevention of ants, cockroaches, and termites. TAP is made from eco-friendly insulation materials and a borate-based product that kills pests. According to Allgood's website, is a one-time pest-control solution that works as long as it is in place.

Allgood will not arrive at their scheduled time. They did not arrive on the day THEY scheduled. I received no notification as to them not coming. I finally spoke with local service manager who set up another appointment that he personally would be handling. He gave me his cell phone number in case I ever had any problems. He did not keep his appointment either. Again, no notification just no one showed up. There customer service line is a joke. They are contracted out and cannot give you any information on the appointment. They say they can send a message to tech to call me and advise status but no one ever calls me back. After Allgood became Active Pest Control, I filed a complaint as I experienced many difficulties with the lack of communication, poor customer service, and no-show technicians. After a manager finally reached out, I am pleased with the outcome, so here is my updated review....."I appreciate Active's timely response to this complaint. One of the managers called me and informed me that there have been many challenges with the pest control companies that were in operation under the parent company Rentokil. With Rentokil being in another state, the call system has not been efficient, and various pest control companies under the Rentokil umbrella have been scrambling trying to get through the... Just had my interior and exterior treated today, so I cannot review that yet. I can however review the fact that the service technician left my gate open, I have dogs. Thank God I noticed this before letting them out into the yard. Unacceptable!
