I used to have Allgood. They were awesome. They had 1.5 hour appointment windows, but they always showed up right on time. Always. They even called to let you know they were on the way. The servicemen were friendly, the service was thorough, and setting up appointments was a breeze. When they got bought by Active, dealing with them became a nightmare overnight. 5 out of 6 of my last appointments were scheduled incorrectly. Requesting a call ahead of time does no good, which isn’t great since they only offer 4 or 5 hour appointment windows, then show up over an hour late, anyway. I have been a longtime customer with Allgood, and I have been beyond patient with the company changeover. Since the switch, I have experienced a series of disappointment. First, the customer service reps are not knowledgeable enough to represent the company, as I have spoken with numerous people who either gave me the wrong information or seemed to not care about the concerns that were presented. Bottom line, I have been charged monthly for services, and I have had three no-show technicians.
