WebWatcher is an excellent parental monitoring app, allowing parents to monitor a device discretely from a secure online account. It is compatible with all 5 key operating systems (Android, iOS, PC, Mac & Chromebook). WebWatcher's stand-out feature is its Alert Log tool. This feature scans all recorded data and uses proprietary filters to identify and highlight items deemed to be risky behavior. Parents receive real-time alerts of all identified risky behavior, which means they can focus their attention on only important items. All recorded data is available for review at any time, but it is up to the parent to decide how much they want to see. The company also offers 24/7 customer service via phone, e-mail and live chat, to ensure the best experience for their customers.

Your tech remotely installed this for me. He's very patient and knowledgeable. Installation is actually easy, I just overcomplicated it.

Installed this to keep my child from accessing inappropriate content and it's working really well. Had a couple tough conversations at first but now things are much better. Delighted with this app.

Worked for about a year and a half then the target device started getting pop-up notifications. "Unfortunately wwchildapp has stopped" and my personal favorite "wwchildapp will start capturing everything that's displayed on your screen." This is NOT discrete as the company promised. Stay far, far away.

This service and company are not legit. This is a scam and fraud! Do NOT sign up! They will NOT refund your money. They not disclose that what you are installing is a TROJAN virus!! I am still dealing with the nightmare of signing up for the free trial. They also do not tell you that if you have an iPhone 8 or above, it is not compatible AND the two-factor authentication CAN NOT be turned off! DO NOT USE THEM!

WebWatcher was unable to provide me a single thing. My childs chromebook has admistrator priviledges that I can't get into to activate service. I cancelled service but they refused to refund my Paypal and told me to kick rocks. They never provided me anything for my money and lied to Paypal that I didn't communicate what had happened with them because their online chat conveniently doesn't generate an email thread. Very shady company and practices going on to pocket $60 you didn't earn, but you certainly earned this review. Enjoy.
