WebWatcher is an excellent parental monitoring app, allowing parents to monitor a device discretely from a secure online account. It is compatible with all 5 key operating systems (Android, iOS, PC, Mac & Chromebook). WebWatcher's stand-out feature is its Alert Log tool. This feature scans all recorded data and uses proprietary filters to identify and highlight items deemed to be risky behavior. Parents receive real-time alerts of all identified risky behavior, which means they can focus their attention on only important items. All recorded data is available for review at any time, but it is up to the parent to decide how much they want to see. The company also offers 24/7 customer service via phone, e-mail and live chat, to ensure the best experience for their customers.

would not advise webwatcher to anyone . It doesnt even show a third of websites that are looked up

I downloaded WebWatcher on two different devices and even after multiple Live chats with their technicians (including two remote chats where I gave them access to my desktop) the app never worked properly on either device. It said there was a 7 day free trial but they charged me immediately and when I asked for a refund they said I didn’t qualify fir one. THE WORST app out there. Do not use.

DO NOT EVER !!!! Buy from this company they will keep billing you no matter how many times you CANCEL... You can NOT erase your credit card information in your account and they will keep stealing your money every year..... : (

I wish I had listened to other reviewers. This company is running a racket and falsely advertise a free trial. They charge your credit card immediately and will not issue any refund. The software was not compatible with my phone. I spoke online with a technician that was unable to remedy my issue. He did remote into my computer to attempt to fix it and while on it- completed the online satisfaction review on my behalf- shockingly, he gave himself excellent reviews. I requested a refund and advised that the software was not working as advertised- they politely declined sighting a complicated refund policy- 129.00 gone for program I was never able to use.
