I contacted safe ship moving services and they found a moving company for me. Alltrust Movers did the move and they were very fast going, moved large items with no trouble at all, up and down stairs too easy for them. All at a great price. Treated the items like their own and were careful of these and the homes walls/doors etc. Only had one small accident which was ok but I was at fault because I did not use bubble wrap on a lamp. . I would use again definitely, quick, professional and very good value.
As a single mother moving across the country with 3 kids was the last thing I wanted to do. I dreaded the concept of using a moving company that might give me more of a headache than I already had. Safe Ship moving services made things a bit easier. They set us up with a professional moving company and literally saved me a thousand dollars. That money helped me get to my new home sooner to start preparing our new home before the movers arrived. Overall the experience was a good one and looking back, it wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be.
I am happy that I chose safe ship to help me with my move from New York to Florida. My move coordinator; Eric went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. He took time to go through a full detailed inventory of my belongings as well as called me evenings and over the weekend to answer any questions that I may have had. Customer Service was excellent as well as the move itself was done professionally! I would definitely use safe ship in the near future.
Middle-men who keep shifting the blame when things go wrong. They do not live up to the spirit of their contracts.
Ben and his team were so accommodating, polite, and willing to help. They packed the truck TO THE BRIM! The team was so quick, efficient, wrapped our furniture and tv/fragile pieces in blankets and plastic, and handled everything with care. When we got to the new apartment, his team even asked me where it'd like each piece to be, which I feel is them going above and beyond. If I ever move again, I will definitely hire these guys. They were very professional.
Safe Ship were very understanding of our situation and their cheerful nature removed a lot of the stress. Eventually we hired them again to move us from storage to our new house in Allentown, PA. Everything was intact with no damages at all which is great considering the double move. The crew put everything in the right places and covered carpets with protectors. We are very grateful to the Safe Ship team and would recommend them to anyone looking to move.
These guys are great! Moved me 3 times in 6 years. Always on time, careful with my belongings, and fast as possible! Their rates are reasonable, and they're personable and attentive. I'm anticipating moving again, and I fully intend to hire them again. They really provided me excellent service all the time, which I can’t expect from other movers!
DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS. We moved from salt lake to Alpharetta. They will leave no chance to get you booked saying the best in moving industry and they have best rating and competitive price in the location. They missed 2 pick up dates(we gave dates 3 days prior to flight date) and came to pick up on our travel date. Never cared of warning 20 times to not to do that. They got the things on time but damaged our sofa sets(They did not cover them while transporting), bookshelves and lost our expensive chair. . Last month I suddenly had to move to California from NJ because of my work. I’m really glad it went with Safe Ship, from my consultation with rachel on the phone all the way to my move everything went smoothly. Their team showed up on time and they even helped me back some items because I wasn’t finished yet. Their packing was way better than mine lol. They loaded up everything pretty quick and before they actually drove off I double checked everything to make sure it was good and sure enough everything was there and placed firmly. Moving is stressful, especially when you're a single mom with 3 kids. I decided to go with a moving company this time around because it is just too difficult to pack and load everything myself. When I came across Safe Ship I spoke to a gentleman named Jesse, he told me that they were a broker. I obviously had no clue what that meant, so he explained to me that they have over 300 moving companies, and they lock in my rate. Once he told me that I was sold.
