This month should have been the most stressful time of the year for me, not because we have to relocate and move to another state but we have to do it during this hot summer which is also peak moving season. Deciding to use a moving company in hindsight was the best decision my family could have made. I was skeptical at first because of a random story I read online. I called several companies and Safe Ship was the only one who could meet my needs. I needed expedited delivery because I do have a bad back and can not sleep on an air mattress. They arrived early in the morning to load the truck and delivered the following morning. I couldn't even make it there that quick but thank god my husband was already in the new home. It was by far the best experience ever!
I was moving some valuable furniture and expressed that it had to be wrapped and secured by the movers. Safe Ship arranged the movers to come out to my home and they did an amazing job crating my art work and making sure my items were packed so nothing was damaged while in transit.
Safe Ship was great, Jimmy in the reservation department noted every piece of furniture and Rachel with Customer Service even remember to tell the moving team to wear masks because of my condition
This was one of the biggest moves I have ever done. I called Safe Ship to set up the move and they stated it would be at least a 2 day move since I was packing and loading a 4 bedroom home. The movers arrived and were prepared to get to work. They packed then loaded 4 26 foot box trucks in total and they were out for delivery and got it to me in 4 days.
THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Fraudulent sales tactics, horrible communication and follow through. Truly the very worst. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they WILL RIP YOU OFF. Currently pursuing arbitration. They will promise you that everything is covered in the quote- it is not. Went from a quoted worst case of $8k to $12k day of the move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I hope everyone who wants is looking for a moving company sees this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service and execution of service is the poorest of any business I have seen in my entire life. My belongs are over 22 days late being delivered. And this is for the record 22 days PASSED the allowable 30 days by DOT. The movers and Safe Ship are very shady in their practices and there is now accountability by anyone.
