To be honest, what we read on the BBB website, Trust Pilot, and other consumer review boards about Prime Relocation Services wasn't very encouraging. There have been 18 complaints filed against the company with the Department of Transportation in 2020 but as a percentage of moves performed, that amounts to a tiny fraction.
