America First Movers took 44 business days (65 calendar days) from our first available delivery date for them to deliver our belongings from WA to AZ. Below you will find the facts along with my thoughts following. Suffice it to say, this is NOT a trustworthy company as we were literally lied to multiple times through the process and NO ONE should use this company for their moving needs. We`re sorry to hear that you were so disappointed in your services. From what we can see on your file, the estimate increased due to you making changes to your inventory. When you increase your space reservation, your overall price will likewise be affected. Regarding your delivery, we sincerely apologize for the delay in your shipment. Towards the end of the moving season, trailers and teams are in extremely high demand. We understand this is not your fault and therefore, issued you compensation for this inconvenience by waiving your entire remaining balance even though they did not have to. After the discount for the delay, you would have owed a remaining balance of $2790, and as an EXTREME courtesy to attempt to rectify your overall concerns, you paid not one dollar at the delivery despite not being entitled to this. Concerning any damages incurred, we also promptly sent you claims information so that you may receive compensation accordingly. If there is something further you would like to discuss regarding your file, please contact our Customer Support team.
