Veterans United VA Loans has been a pleasure to work with from my original loan to my most recent refinance. I was informed throughout the entire process. My loan officer was attentive, professional and kept the lines of communication open and up to date. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Took care of everything every step of the way. I was a nervous first time home buyer. By the end I felt like a pro.
The process was extremely smooth! Not only was our loan officer readily available even over the weekend for us to get real time info on houses we were looking at. Our loan processor as well was great to work with, quick with responses whether by email or text. We also had calls along the way from others with Veterans United to make sure everyone & everything was going smoothly and on track and offered additional help with knowing about other services Veterans United had to offer. If you are a veteran or have earn your va loan. There is no better company to deal with than Veterans United! They help you out with everything step by step. They take a scary situation of buying a home. To making it an exciting time in your life. They give you the confidence you need. Every last employee is great. Purchased 2 homes and a refinance with them. Everything was easy.
