Veterans United made my home buying journey very comfortable. The excellent communication, all directions and request were clear. Times I was nervous Dan loan team kept me with a peace of mind. 10 minutes before my closing time, Dan called to check on me, and let me know that he was still available for anything i need or didnt understand. Great customer service.
Very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Also, knowledgeable when questions were brought up.
The whole loan procedure went pretty smoothly. Although "FYI" do not have any pending credit hits waiting to process, this tends to add more things to your "To-Do's" lists.
My whole team has been nothing short of extraordinary. Danielle, Collin, Phoebe, and Emily all have been great to work with and altogether made this a pretty smooth process and literally less stressful all around. I'm very pleased to have had the pleasure working with all of them. So a huge heartfelt thank you for everything. Our team at Veterans United was wonderful. Our concierge, Brittany, was fabulous and friendly. She handled the smaller details like movers, utility connections and finding a groomer for our dog. John, Ashley and Kate were available by phone or email. They returned calls and replied to emails very promptly. Having our own home was something we wanted. Getting a mortgage, however, was a daunting task we dreaded.
